Coaching Services

Caring for plants & garden spaces is a great way to remain present, invest in your health and well-being, and build practices for healthier living. Our hands-on and collaborative approach is best for those who would love to gain new gardening skills and create new self-care routines rooted in plant care. 


We offer our coaching sessions either one-on-one or for groups, sharing tips and resources on how to grow and confidently maintain a gardening practice, even if you’re unsure of where to start. 


As a certified UC Master Gardener and with several years of gardening experience, we provide the following topics during our coaching sessions:


  • Timing, spacing, and planting needs
  • Benefits of various growing conditions (in-ground, raised bed, containers)
  • Types of plants (Vegetables, fruits, kitchen herb gardens, medicinal herb & tea gardens, pollinator gardens, and native plants)
  • Healthy soil conditions and amendments
  • Organic pest management techniques
  • Water wise tips throughout the seasons
  • Self-care & therapeutic gardening needs
